TEQUILA COCKTAIL RECIPES

PERFECT COCKTAIL - GRAND MARGARITA  - 1.5 Shots of Tequila + 1 Shot of Grand Marnier + 1 Shot of Lime Juice + Margarita Salt = Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge and frost with margarita salt.  Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with ice, add Tequila, Grand Marnier & Lime Juice and shake.  Strain into the glass and garnish

PERFECT COCKTAIL - TIJUANA SLING - 1.25 Shots of Tequila + 0.75 Shot of Creme de Cassis + 0.75 Shot of Lime Juice + 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters + 4 Shots of Ginger Ale = Mix together the Tequila, Creme de Cassis, Lime Juice and Angostura Bitters, top up with Ginger Ale, add ice and garnish
